I originally bought the acne rosacea cleanser for my daughter and it really helped my daughter's skin which was ravaged by the YAZ type birth control pills (Drospirenone hormone). My daughter got off Drospirenone and her skin went crazy again due to pill withdrawal and these products have really calmed her dry/sensitive/acne/rosacea skin down. It also has stopped the itching. First off, I want to say that I really like how ALL of the products from this line are 100% natural, with no parabens, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or preservatives. Second of all, Deborah Oxley, the CEO of Teva Skin Science, has given me the best advice and information of any doctor, or skin care specialist. After she thoroughly explained to me how to use her products, and how they worked, she also stated that I might be allergic to dairy (which might be adding to the redness/blemishes of my skin). I eat really healthy and cook all of my meals at home, so I had no idea why I had recently developed acne rosacea. I love dairy, and I had never considered it to be a contributing factor before Deborah brought this to my attention. Sure enough, after only two days of using the Aryu-Deva skin care products, and fully cutting dairy out of my diet, my skin problems faded 80%. Moreover, I was astonished because every skin care regime I had followed always aggravated my skin for the first couple of weeks, or months. This is known as a “purging period,” which is when your skin adjusts to new skin products by getting out all the excess oil and dead skin—leading to more redness and acne.
