Kapha, is considered “thick, lubricated and well-nourished,” in Ayurvedic terminology, which translates to a skin type that is oily with larger pores. Dampen your face, take a small coin sized amount onto the palm and massage gently in circular motion for a couple of minutes to activate microcirculation. Rinse and pat dry.
