DIRECTIONS:
 
For Use as a Mask: Cleanse face. Apply exfoliator in a thin layer. Leave on skin at least 5 minutes (may leave for up to 1 hour). Some tingling is normal and is a result of drawing action of debris from pores. If tingling persists or intensifies remove product. After desired exfoliation time, rinse well with warm water and pat dry. For best results, use 2-3 times per week. Follow treatment with a Hydrator, BioScience Peptide Complex, and/or treatment serums.

Exfoliating Scrub: (may be used up to 2-3X per week): Cleanse face. Apply a small amount of exfoliator to damp washcloth and gently work in circles on skin, concentrating on problem areas. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Follow treatment with one of our hydrators, BioScience Peptide Complex, and/or treatment serums.

    This product is amazing. My skin is glowing after using it! I drink a lot of water, eat a lot of greens, and eat a low-sugar, no gluten diet, so this goes beyond food. At first, I used it every couple of weeks, but I love it so much that I use it every three days. I don't have time to leave it on a long time-about 5 minutes in the shower while my conditioner sets in-that's all it takes for me to see a big difference. I was expecting this to be a typical thicker mask, which it's not, so don't be surprised that it's thinner. Also, my skin is really sensitive-I break out from so many products-so I especially love this. The Vata daily cleanser is great, too (for that cleanser, I buy the normal type).

    I've been using all the SBR products for quite a few years and I can't live without them. I love the mask since skin is instantly revived and feels so smooth and soft. Also, redness is reduced dramatically without irritation.

    This scrub has been a life saver to my sensitive, adult acne-prone skin. It says to use it 2 or 3 times a week but I use it every night leaving it on my face for up to 5 minutes and I've had the clearest skin of my life.     I bought this because I have a mild case of rosacea. I thought I'd be able to use it as a mask, but it really is just an exfoliating scrub. Seems gentle enough, is organic, but it isn't very pretty--looks like tar. After I use it, I apply the SBR hydrator for sensitive skin (which I love) and the BioScience Peptide serum, and then the moisturizer/serum. I hope using the product line makes my mild rosacea disappear. COMMENT FROM US: Thanks for your review Tootsie, but we want to assure you that you can indeed use the product as a mask. No, it will not dry like a clay mask, but the black macuna honey has some amazing drawing power and the paypaya enzymatic action does a great job of eradicating deep cellular debris.     Scrubs and masks have always made my rosacea flare up. Nevertheless I would continue to try new ones and regret it. This mask/scrub is different. First of all it takes very little of the product to be effective . It never burns my skin or makes it feel dry or red. After I use it my skin is super soft.
