Protect and moisturize your skin daily. As this is barrier protection, no need to wait after application to go outside. Works immediately on application.

Apply generously & evenly prior to sun exposure and as needed. Reapply after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

I have rosacea and fair skin that burns easily in the sun. I was looking for something that didn't contain harmful toxins, wouldn't leave white streaks, and smelled nice. I went through almost all of the sunscreens listed as safe on EWG's website and then followed up by reading the user reviews on Amazon. I was about ready to give up and buy something that didn't meet all my criteria when I stumbled on this product through an Amazon recommendation. IT IS EVERYTHING THIS PRODUCT SAYS IT IS !!! It absorbs nicely into the skin, smells wonderful, provides excellent sun protection, and most importantly is all natural. I was having a very bad rosacea outbreak (dry, itchy patches) when I purchased this and it soothed my skin & relieved some of the redness & irritation within the first application. It has also done an excellent job of protecting me against California sun rays. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! ****UPDATE: I took this sunscreen with me on a 2 1/2 week long trip to Brazil and it worked perfectly. I put it in a 3oz travel bottle and it lasted the whole trip even despite several days of full body coverage and repeated applications at the beach. I never burned and I even turned a nice brown. It was a real pleasure to put this on everyday - basically felt like putting on lotion. Not like other heavy sunscreens that you can't wait to wash off when you get home. I finally found what I've been searching for! I have been on a hunt for non-toxic, good for my body sunscreen for over a year. I went to whole foods, checked brands on the online cosmetic data base- and then I came across this!!!!! I found it here on amazon and read that it was all natural, just like I wanted. I've recognized all the ingredients. I just recently bought it and used it a few weeks ago in the Caribbean for 10 days. I didn't burn or break out on my face like I usually do, and it kept my skin moisturized and smelled great. I applied it before sunning and I put a little more on after I dried off from swimming. I am definitely buying it again, and getting it for my son and his wife for their honeymoon vacation. This sunscreen is amazing. As a skin cancer survivor, I am very particular about what I put on my skin. I only use sunscreen with natural ingredients as many of the newest active ingredients have been proven to cause cancer. This product is easy to apply and provided many hours of protection last weekend while I attended an outdoor festival. I never needed to reapply.
